It's cold in here!

okay so my house is really cold because my mother is weird, she likes the house hot in the summer and cold in the winter. i really don't understand it i mean our electricity bills can not be THAT high. it's just ridiculus. Also i have discovered that my left foot is colder then my right foot. like they'll both be cold but my left foot is always a little colder and a little number. doe this happen to anyone eles?
