80's music was amazing

when you think about all the hits that came out of the 80's it's ridiculous! I watched the 100 greatest hits of the 80's and i had heard all of them, even if i didn't know who sang it or what the exact title was, when they played it i knew it. I'm a music freak so i've also seen the 70's and 90's editions, now it almost was like they had to look for 100 songs for each of these decades, and i know that like at least 40 of these songs i didn't know. mmm John Cougar, ahhh i love him. my dad liked him too, and maybe that's the reason i prefer 80's music, it was the music my dad grew up with and the music that he passed on to me. and if you don't know john cougar / john cougar mellencamp / john mellencamp lol then i bet you've heard one of his songs, and if not you should look him up =] he changed his name because he didn't think it was catchy or was a "cool" name so he changed it to cougar, then when he became established he changed his name back. =] ohh and toni basil rocks =] but that's it for today =]]
